Caregiving Lead

Our client, a healthcare provider specializing in supportive residential care, is seeking a Caregiving House Team Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, compassion, and a commitment to creating a positive environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Caregiving House Lead

Location: Minong, WI

Pay Range: $16/hr

Shift:  AM (7am-3pm)  PM (3pm-11pm)  OVERNIGHT (11pm-7am)

What's the Job?

• Lead and support staff in providing high-quality care to residents in a residential setting
• Assist with staff scheduling and ensure proper coverage for all shifts
• Maintain accurate documentation including MARs, checklists, and charts in compliance with regulatory standards
• Order medications and manage medication records, ensuring proper disposal of expired or discontinued medications

What's Needed?

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
• Background in healthcare, such as assisted living, long-term care, or home health care, is advantageous
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and physical mobility
