Are you a compassionate caregiver who enjoys helping others both in the field and behind the scenes? We're seeking a dependable, people-oriented professional to join our team as a Caregiver / Office Assistant.

This unique position combines two roles: providing quality in-home care to clients and assisting in the office with scheduling, phone calls, and caregiver coordination. You'll play a crucial part in keeping our clients satisfied and supporting our caregivers.

Responsibilities In the Field:

• Provide compassionate, dependable care for clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living, companionship, and transportation.

In the Office:

• Answer phones and help with scheduling shifts.
• Support the Care Coordinator and Office Manager with administrative tasks.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with caregivers and clients.
• Help maintain records and update client and caregiver information.

Requirements:

• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort using a computer, phone, and scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work both in-home care shifts and office hours.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time or part-time position (3040 hours per week).
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
