• Two-person assist for stand and pivot transfers
• Bathing and hygiene support

• Safety monitoring

Client Environment:

• Lives with daughter who is active in care
• Has withdrawn from activities family hopes caregiver can help re-engage
• Cooperative and in need of emotional support

Transportation Required: No

Saturday Morning Opportunity Hospice Support

Schedule: Saturdays | 9:00 AM 1:00 PM

Care Needs:

• Changing briefs
• Bathing and feeding assistance
• General companionship

Client Environment:

• Severe dementia/Alzheimer's
• Bedbound and eating very little
• Lives with husband who is active in care
• Hospice visits 3x/week for bathing and medication management

Transportation Required: No
