We offer person-centered services, support, and advocacy in clients preferred residence. Such services include socialization, companionship, transportation, and assistance with everyday tasks. When you enter a clients home, youre entering their lives. It is important to remember that clients are people first, not just patients. They have unique needs, challenges, interests, and preferences that are crucial to recognize and respect. Responsibilities

- Use strong communication to understand client needs and relay important information to supervisors.

- Create a safe, comfortable and accessible living space that promotes independence and well-being.

- Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues, transportation and ambulation.

- Remind clients to take the correct dose at the correct time as prescribed. We do not administer medication.

- Ensure personal care (hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal prep, grooming, etc.) reflects each clients plan of care and personal preferences.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
