Position Overview

• Patient Volume: 10-20 patients per shift

• Hospital Beds: 203

• Call Coverage: Approximately 20+ calls while on call

• Admissions: Required

• Setting: Inpatient hospital, Trauma Level III

• EMR System: Epic

• Orientation: Candidate must be able to start in hospital with minimal guidance

• Facility: Will accept multiple providers

• Hospital Stroke Certification: Required

Clinical Expectations

• Onsite Requirements:

  • Provide inpatient cardiology care and consults

  • Respond to hospital calls efficiently

  • Work collaboratively with existing cardiology team

• Patient Care:

  • Cardiology experience required

  • Ability to manage assigned inpatients independently

  • Support existing staff and procedures

Requirements

• Board Certification: Required

• Active AR License: Required

• ACLS Certification: Required

• Cardiology Experience: Required

• Malpractice/Clean Background: Highly Preferred
