Cardiology - Interventional Physician

Tenet Healthcare is actively seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for a full-time opportunity with a well-established private practice, established in 2015, to support expansion into the Scottsdale , AZ area! The practice distinguishes itself by owning both an office-based lab (OBL) and an ambulatory surgery center (ASC), which allows the group to provide comprehensive care to our patients. The group is strategically located in a relatively underserved area due to existing hospital commitments, despite the growing population.

Highlights:

• Full-time opportunity
• Typical Work Week : Monday through Friday from 7AM to 5PM, as needed for inpatient care
• Percentage of Inpatient/Outpatient/ Rounding, Etc : 35% Hospital IP and OP consults/procedures. 65% office patients including OBL and ASC procedures
  
• Call Requirements : Shared call between other providers within the group
• Patient Census : 20 patients per day, 4 6 procedures per week
• Specialized Equipment/Resources Available : Practice has an OBL, ASC, hospitals provide hybrid and cath labs, and nuclear medicine onsite testing.
• Ancillary/Support Staff : Practice has 2 NPs, 1 PA, support staff, 3 ultrasound sonographers

Candidate Requirements:

• MD or DO
• BE/BC
• Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
