Cardiology - Interventional Physician

An opportunity to join a private practice cardiology group that prides itself on team-based, patient-first practice with a collegial culture. This position is best suited for a physician who wants the autonomy of being in an independent physician-owned practice in a non-wRVU salaried compensation model.

Practice Setting:

Founded in 1968, this practice is patient first, group second, physician third

5 General Cardiologists, 8 Interventional Cardiologists, and 3 Electrophysiologists, and 14 APPs

Case conference every Thursday, the team collaborates and shares patients and cases for the best treatment. Time counts towards 1 hr CME.

Group moved into a 35,000 sqft stand-alone office in 2019

30 exam rooms, 4 outpatient procedure rooms, 3 stress test rooms, on-site lab

Diagnostic suite in house with cardiac dedicated 620-slice CT with FFR, CZT SPECT, as well as echo, vascular and x-ray. CT, Echo, Nuclear and Vascular labs are accredited

Compensation:

Base salary is $600,000 first 2 years, $625,000 once a shareholder

Sign-on $40,000

Shareholder status awarded after 2 years

Annual bonus per shareholder has been $100,000+
