This role is crucial for performing catheterization laboratory procedures promptly and accurately based on physician's instructions. As a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist, you will support physicians in delivering effective therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, ensuring the highest level of quality service to our patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate cardiac catheterization equipment to assist physicians in obtaining necessary diagnostic information.
Act as a sterile assistant during fluoroscopic catheterization procedures.
Continuously monitor the patient's ECG, hemodynamic status, and other clinical signs to ensure safety during procedures.
Prepare and set up patients for procedures, ensuring all steps are taken for optimal clinical outcomes.
Maintain and monitor equipment, ensuring it is always in good working order for clinical operations.
Handle emergency patient care management as per ACLS guidelines to guarantee quality clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required.
Preferred: Registered Cardiovascular Technologist. Must obtain RCIS or RCES certification within four years of employment.
Minimum of two years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Electrophysiology Lab, or relevant healthcare field preferred.
BLS certification is required.
ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
ARRT registration in Radiologic Technology is a plus.
