The Car Wash Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring our car wash operates smoothly and maintains an inviting atmosphere. You will work closely with the Car Wash Leader/Manager and receive valuable cross-training in various operational areas. Responsibilities:

• Uphold the cleanliness and appearance of the car wash by maintaining the facility, equipment, and grounds to a high standard.
• Ensure all equipment, including payment stations, wash equipment, and vacuums, are in good working condition. Troubleshoot minor issues or submit a Service Channel ticket when necessary.
• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, assisting them as needed with the car wash process and vacuum services.
• Address customer complaints, manage employee conflicts, and tackle daily operational challenges calmly and fairly.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while effectively using various equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in every task performed.
• Be cross-trained in retail operations to support team members by greeting customers, operating registers, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Working Relationships: You will collaborate with the Store Manager, Car Wash Leader, Car Wash Manager, various company personnel, team members, and vendors.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Minimum Experience: 3 months as a Guest Service Associate with EG America or relevant car wash experience.

Preferred Experience: 6-12 months in car wash, retail, guest service, or restaurant environments.

Soft Skills:

• Comfortable engaging with guests and team members.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, actively helping others.

Hours & Conditions: This position is available as full-time (30-40 hours) or part-time (up to 29 hours). Flexibility is key, as shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Evening and holiday availability are required.

Travel: Up to 5% may be required to cover other locations as needed.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours a day, lift up to 40 lbs, engage in overhead reaching, bending, squatting, twisting, and gripping, and work in cooler temperatures.
