Your Role

In this role you will lead enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives using ServiceNow and Agentic automation across business and IT organizations. You will be responsible for driving strategic automation programs and mentor senior consultants. You will:

· Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign and optimization.

· Define automation strategy aligned with business transformation goals.

· Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows and Agentic automation solutions.

· Serve as SME for ServiceNow integrations and intelligent automation.

Your Profile

We would love to see a candidate with:

· 3–5 years in process improvement roles within consulting and/or industry.

· Strong hands-on experience with Celonis, UiPath and/or SAP Signavio.

· Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
