CAD Drafter

We're seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to support complex drafting and modeling projects. This role involves close collaboration with project managers and engineers to develop high-quality technical drawings and 3D models for fabrication and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities

• Interpret verbal and written specifications to create detailed CAD drawings and 3D models.
  
• Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design and prepare plans for new products and systems.
  
• Apply engineering and manufacturing principles to produce effective product designs.
  
• Prepare multiple design iterations for engineering review.
  
• Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for fabrication and construction.
  
• Develop 3D models from prototypes and 2D drawings.
  
• Participate in project meetings and client calls as needed.
  
• Prepare engineering documentation for customer submittals.
  

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  
• Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  

Hourly Range: $21-$30hr Benefits:

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
