Our client is seeking a Turnaround Planner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Job Title: Turnaround Planner

Location: Gonzales, LA (Non-Remote)

Pay Range: Target pay rate is $50.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Lead assigned portions of outage scope through detailed planning and construction phases
• Develop scope and create detailed work plans for outage activities, including safety procedures and technical documentation
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of outage tasks
• Provide daily scheduling updates during outage execution to ensure project milestones are met
• Support management of change processes and ensure proper documentation for plant modifications

What's Needed?

• 10+ years' experience in maintenance or engineering disciplines, preferably with industrial outage background
• Proficiency in reading P&IDs, ISO's, piping isometrics, and related technical documents
• Experience with business software such as Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Primavera P6
• Knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, Sec. I, and Sec. VIII standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
