Join a fast-growing medical device company as a Buyer, where you'll play a critical role in scaling operations and supporting the launch of cutting-edge cardiac care technology in the U.S. You'll be the go-to expert for purchasing, inventory management, and vendor coordination-working cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and inventory for 250-300 custom SKUs

• Process 20-30 purchase orders per month, from basic supplies to complex components

• Execute change orders, inventory disposition, and vendor communications

• Support domestic and international shipments

• Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy

• Maintain a well-organized warehouse (receiving, storing, picking, packing)

• Negotiate with suppliers and collaborate across departments

Materials Handled:

• Plastics (injection molding, extrusion), adhesives, electronics (PCBs, cables, wire harnesses), stamped metals

• Systems Used:

• Fishbowl ERP (90% of daily use) - inventory management

• Arena - quality workflows

• HubSpot - CRM and marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably in complex medical devices

• Strong experience in purchasing and planning

• Experience with Fishbowl ERP (3+ years preferred)

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently

Work Environment & Schedule

• Fully Onsite

• Flexible hours: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Reports directly to the VP of Operations

• You'll be the sole supply chain expert at the site

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $48.07/hr.
