LHH is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Operations Supervisor to lead healthcare business operations in Wailuku, Hawaii . This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a competitive salary and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a patient-centered environment.
About the Role
The Business Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and drive process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster collaboration, manage change, and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate activities within assigned business operations areas
- Supervise, delegate, and evaluate staff performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements
- Facilitate department meetings and coordinate special projects
- Promote quality service through effective workflow and process management
- Hire, train, counsel, and manage staff performance
- Communicate goals, priorities, and expectations clearly to team members
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or 4 years of directly related experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment, cashiering, or business office roles
- Strong knowledge of business operations and organizational practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team building
Preferred:
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in project management or team leadership
