Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will also research, gather, and synthesize information. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required. Advanced proficiency in Business Architecture is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, Application-Oriented Networking, and Microsoft Entra Permissions Management is suggested.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements effectively.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus on project objectives and deliverables.
• Utilize analytical tools to assess and improve business processes continuously.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports that outline findings and recommendations.
• Support the implementation of business solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

*This is a hybrid role requiring three days/week onsite.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as Business Architecture Business Analyst
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as Network Technician
• HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• Excellent communication skills
