The Opportunity
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, facilitating requirements and enabling service management. As an Associate you will be expected to build meaningful client connections while learning how to manage and inspire others.
Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients
Support project tasks and contribute to team objectives
Engage in continuous learning to enhance service management knowledge
Work with colleagues to solve client challenges
Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism and service quality
Adapt to evolving client needs and project dynamics

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree
1 year of experience

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree in Business Application Programming, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering preferred
Certification(s) Preferred: ServiceNow Administrator, ITIL V3 Foundation, or Project Management
Demonstrating ability to influence key technical decisions
Managing service delivery and project management
Configuring ServiceNow platform or similar tools
Leading project teams and managing client relationships
Identifying additional client business opportunities
Experienced with people management
