BUSINESS ANALYST

Responsibilities for a Business Analyst I include but are not limited to:

• Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions within the retail energy industry.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support CRM and Order-to-Cash workflows, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Identify operational issues, recommend process improvements, and assist in implementation.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Candidates for Business Analyst I must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the energy, solar, or utilities industries.
• Working knowledge of UDC/ISO/LDC market EDI transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SQL database queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: On-site in Houston, TX
• Contract Length: 24 months
