Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for proposing ideas to improve business operations and meeting with stakeholders to provide suggestions based on your analysis. Your role is crucial in helping the management and other teams draw business goals and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data.
• Interpret gathered data.
• Submit reports to relevant department heads and management.
• Identify patterns and trends in the analyzed data.
• Establish new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization.
• Formulate procedural manuals for all departments.
• Support migration from legacy data systems to current systems.
• Support regional design and launch of iERP systems.

Essential Skills:

• 1+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• 1+ years experience with ERP/SAP.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in EXCEL.
• Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally to keep processes moving and updated.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience in business coordination.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
