Somerby Golf Club - Clubhouse Maintenance and Housekeeping Supervisor

This is a full-time, year-round, salaried position, overseeing an assistant and a housekeeper. The position covers all physical aspects of a golf course clubhouse. A Certified Pool Operator's certificate is required, candidate can acquire this after being hired. Top priorities include:

• Working as a team member, maintaining open communication with the GM and other department managers.
• Maintaining professional relationships with our service companies HVAC, IT, alarm company, plumbers, pest control, electricians, etc.
• Maintain an awareness of clubhouse events to provide support as needed.
• General knowledge of all light maintenance tasks cleaning, organizing, drywall repair and paint, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, vacuum repair.
• Order and pick up supplies.
• Submit expense reports and invoices.
• Manage the clubhouse safety program.

$55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
