ADP is hiring a Broker Channel Sales Representative .

In this role, you will hunt for, pull referrals from, and win new business exclusively through our broker channel and client referrals as part of our Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business. You will participate in an award-winning training program and join a sales team selling HR solutions that improve employees’ lives with high-quality benefits across the hire-to-retire spectrum. As a Sales Representative in our broker channel, you will be assigned to a list of brokerage firms and aligned to internal partner(s) in other business units that support the broker channel. You will collaborate with these internal partners to access accounts, pull leads from their assigned brokerage firms, and cultivate relationships to set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.

You will manage multiple sales processes through various stages and document them. You will also support the implementation process for new clients until they are up and running. As more deals close, you will earn industry-leading compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and awards. Leaders will support your pursuit of advancement and ongoing sales training.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsibilities

  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours : Develop relationships with brokerage firms through partnerships with internal ADP teammates. Educate them on Human Resources Outsourcing solutions and implement a top-down sales strategy to close sales and meet goals.
  • Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients : Help clients understand needs and recommend solutions. Earn referral business through networking with existing and prospective clients and by engaging decision-makers by phone and in person.
  • Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family : Cross-sell with other ADP associates to grow business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate Daily : Serve as a trusted advisor to brokers and internal partners, upholding high ethical standards.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : Required Qualifications

  • Positive Self-Starter : Upbeat, persistent, able to follow up on leads, manage time, multi-task, and communicate ideas clearly in writing, in person, and by phone.
  • Strategic Closer : Established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales with a track record of closing, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Proven Winner : Ambitious and able to thrive under pressure, aiming to exceed quotas.

A college degree is helpful but not required. If no degree, acceptable experience includes:

  • Payroll experience, relationship sales experience, or HRO experience.
  • Military experience, which develops teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mindset useful for building relationships and achieving success.
