What You'll Do:

• Lead and coordinate daily bridge construction tasks in line with project plans and priorities
• Assign responsibilities to crew members and contractors to ensure efficiency and quality
• Collaborate on budgets and uphold top-tier quality standards
• Troubleshoot challenges and keep communication clear across the team
• Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience on bridge construction job sites
• Proven ability to run and motivate a small crew
• Solid understanding of bridge construction practices
