Qualifications/Duties:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
10 years of experience
PE
PTOE
Proficient in MicroStation, OpenRoads and Microsoft Office
Proficient in VISSIM, Synchro, HCS, or similar
Knowledge of state DOT Procedures and Policies
Roadway and highway design
Traffic analysis
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
