Description-Breakfast Team Member Our Team Members set the tone for the Taco Bell guest experience. As a Breakfast Team Member, you will primarily focus on providing great customer service to our guests while making great breakfast products. You will assist the team with other job duties that get the store ready for peak lunch business. This is a position for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment...and enjoy early mornings! Applicants, 16 and older, may apply. Primary job duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting guests, managing customer issues, and providing outstanding customer service all the time Always upholding our strict food safety standards Serving food and drink orders, accurately and quickly Assisting in the preparation and care of our fresh ingredients Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Washing dishes, sweeping floors, sanitizing surfaces, etc. Using and maintaining various kitchen equipment in a restaurant environment

Requirements The ideal candidates must want to have fun serving great food to our customers! Must be at least 16 years of age Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation Attendance and Punctuality a must Commitment to customer satisfaction Have a strong work ethic Enthusiasm and willingness to learn Team player Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills. Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another). Ability to work rapidly in an environment that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, etc. Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers. Basic Math skills Complete training certification
