Brand Strategist

• Must be NYC or Philadelphia based with ability to come into office sometimes
• Contract opportunity, long term with potential for extension, full time hours

• Define and evolve brand positioning, voice, and storytelling across all platforms
  
• Translate marketing objectives (acquisition, retention, loyalty) into customer-centric strategies
  
• Analyze cultural, consumer, and competitive insights to guide brand direction
  
• Partner with creative teams to brief, inspire, and evaluate brand work
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns reinforce a unified brand experience
  
• Present strategic recommendations to leadership with clarity and impact

• 5-8+ years in brand strategy, creative strategy, or integrated marketing
  
• Experience developing omni-channel brand strategies for large-scale consumer brands
  
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  
• Comfortable working across creative, media, CRM, and product teams
  
• Curious, collaborative, and highly attuned to culture, trends, and consumer behaviors
