Braider Operator 2nd Shift | West Palm Beach, FL | $15/hr

We're hiring Braider Operators to help produce high-quality electronic cables in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain braiding machines (12 and 24 carrier).
• Monitor and manage materials and take-up reels.
• Perform minor machine repairs (e.g., replacing pawls, sleeves, ratchets).
• Identify and report mechanical issues.
• Track production and scrap data for each shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines.

What You Bring

• Experience reading blueprints and working in production.
• Skills in cable cutting, machine operation, and using hand tools.
• Strong math and measuring abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 2550 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Previous manufacturing experience (preferred but not required).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn!
