Bookkeeper - Part Time

Now Hiring: Bookkeeper

Location: Traveling between Frankfort, KY and Louisville, KY

Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)

Pay: $25-37/hr

Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeper who enjoys working independently and values flexibility? We're looking for a reliable and experienced Bookkeeper to support our financial operations across two locationsFrankfort and Louisville.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll help keep our books in order by:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Preparing financial reports and assisting with budgeting.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting audits.
• Traveling between offices to provide on-site support as needed.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to meet someone who:

• Has 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks experience preferred).
• Is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently.
• Has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Is able to travel between Frankfort and Louisville regularly.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
