Your Impact

Behavioral Expertise: Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide implementation. What We're Looking For

Active BCBA Certification (Required) Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with individuals with special needs (5+ years preferred) A detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate professional with a growth mindset A team player who's ready to lead by example and help others succeed
