About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Design and implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide training, supervision, and support to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure effective service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic services
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
