Starting Salary $90,000 And Up. $10,000 Sign On Bonus. Monthly Incentive Program.

Behavior Analyst Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Create individualized treatment plans to help learners grow.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff.
• Work in center, home, community, and clinical settings.

Qualifications Needed

• Master's Degree / Certification in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA Certification & LABA License (Required).
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
• Passion for helping individuals thrive.
• Interpersonal communications with diverse demographics.
