Baseops Shift Supervisor

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a BaseOps Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a BaseOps Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Mission Readiness team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: BaseOps Shift Supervisor

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Rate: $32/hr

What's the Job?

• Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure the service VH6's are on the correct PRC before sending out for service.
• Support the readiness of spare parts and the associated inventory.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential issues or opportunities within the team.
• Act as a point of contact for team members regarding any challenges or issues that may arise during the shift.

What's Needed?

• 1+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven ability to quickly learn technical subjects.
• Clean driving record with zero points on the record.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office/Google Suite, especially Excel or Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
