Bilingual Sales Representative

Local Business Recruiter

In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join a new delivery program. You will work alongside a business development managers and other local account development executives to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify the business, guide the business through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate and execute recruitment events. This role requires travel within market.

Job Description:

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted zip codes (typically within urban centers and surrounding areas)
• Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply
• Qualify the prospective businesses and guide through application, vetting, onboarding process
• Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce
• Support business development managers to plan and host recruitment events in the community (ex: lunch and learns, town-hall meetings, coffee chats)
• Partner with business development managers to work with local champions such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations
• Partner with account managers and other team members to support newly recruited businesses on launch day and as needed
• Other duties as assigned related to the recruitment and retention of businesses
• Track all activities and outcomes, experience with Sales Force

Must Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years in field sales and/or customer service experiences
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Team 1st can do attitude a must
• Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
• Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field
• Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology)
• Ability to be in market up to 8 hours daily

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
