Now Hiring: Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager (Spanish/English)
Are you passionate about helping people and skilled at managing details in a fast-paced environment? A growing personal injury law firm client is looking for a Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to join their team!
What You’ll Do:

Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement
Maintain consistent communication with clients in both Spanish and English
Collect and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
Coordinate client medical treatment and follow up on case progress
Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys in case preparation
Track important case deadlines and ensure accurate file management

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of personal injury case management experience preferred
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a collaborative environment
Compassionate, client-focused mindset
