Key Responsibilities

• Oversee carrier performance for outbound shipments to customers.

• Analyze data to identify trends and present improvement opportunities to logistics leadership.

• Ensure accurate and comprehensive execution of departmental processes.

• Contribute new ideas and participate in projects for process improvement.

• Engage in carrier review sessions and follow through on action items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - must be fluent in both spoken and written forms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
