Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish & English)

Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist where you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs and provide expert guidance on Sherwin-Williams products. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while actively contributing to our store's sales objectives.

Location: This position is based at Store # , located at: 4630 Northfield Rd., North Randall, OH 44128.

Position Details: This is a part-time role offering a competitive hourly rate of $15.25.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality customer service by assisting clients in person and over the phone.
• Understanding customer needs to recommend suitable products and services.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with customers.
• Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policy.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Maintaining accurate work order files and product formulas.
• Pulling and preparing products for customers.
• Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications.
• Stocking shelves and arranging product displays.
• Ensuring store equipment is clean and in good working condition.
• Loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
• Keeping assigned areas organized and visually appealing.
• Staying informed on product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Following inventory control procedures efficiently.
• Proactively suggesting methods to improve sales.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
• Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, retail, or delivery environment.
• Prior experience selling paint and paint-related products is a plus.
• Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
