Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish)

The selected candidate will work at Store # , located at: 1433 N Highway 190, Covington, LA 70433. This is a full-time position.

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer questions regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. Your role is crucial in resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will also need to stay informed about product features and uphold the quality and visual standards of the products and store. Achieving outstanding customer service while contributing to the store's sales goals will be key.

Your responsibilities will involve direct contact with customers, potentially including minors; as well as handling cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and other valuable merchandise. As such, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, and the safety of our customers and employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
• Possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Prior experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is preferred.
