Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Staffmark is excited to teaming up with a dynamic and growing company in Duncan, SC, to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join their clerical team. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service and eager to go the extra mile, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Pay: $14/hr.
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (half day on Wednesday)
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries in English and a second language.
• Provide administrative support including typing, filing, mail handling, and office inventory management.
• Manage client and insurance data, process claims, payments, and pre-authorizations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving client issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Offer bilingual support by assisting with translation, document review, and communication.

Qualifications: Must have 6 months of customer service experience. Must be bilingual in Spanish or Russian. Employee benefits include:
