Our client is a world class health system which is expanding overseas.
They have retained our firm to help them located a Director to lead their human resources function.
Director Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Plans, directs and carries out policies relating to all phases of personnel activity. Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation programs to foster positive attitudes toward company goals.
- Keeps records of insurance coverage, pension plans, and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Conducts wage surveys within relevant labor markets to determine competitive wage rates.
- Reports to CEO and serves as a member of the facility’s Executive Team Director Human Resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's Preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of HR Leadership experience in a health system setting.
