Our client is a world class health system which is expanding overseas.

They have retained our firm to help them located a Director to lead their human resources function.

Director Human Resources Responsibilities:

Plans, directs and carries out policies relating to all phases of personnel activity. Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation programs to foster positive attitudes toward company goals.
Keeps records of insurance coverage, pension plans, and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Conducts wage surveys within relevant labor markets to determine competitive wage rates.
Reports to CEO and serves as a member of the facility’s Executive Team Director Human Resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Master's Preferred).
Minimum 2 years of HR Leadership experience in a health system setting.
