Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

• Licensed in Colorado as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)

Certifications Requirements:

• Must hold valid licensure in Colorado for relevant clinical roles

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in bereavement or mental health counseling

Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication and compassionate interpersonal skills
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during standard daytime hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities required
• Must be dedicated to providing empathetic support and possess a strong professional background in counseling
