Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid Schedule)

Experience: 5+ years

We are seeking a talented Bentley OpenPlant Mechanical Designer to join our team and contribute to high-impact projects shaping the energy landscape of tomorrow. In this role, you will develop complex design models and construction drawings, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D design models and construction drawings using Bentley OpenPlant and OpenBuildings.
• Coordinate BIM models across multi-discipline teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize Bentley ProjectWise for project management and collaboration.
• Support engineering staff in delivering detailed plant designs for various energy projects.
• Collaborate effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Bentley OpenPlant and OpenBuildings.
• Strong knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Minimum 5 years' experience producing complex BIM models and construction drawings in an engineering or consulting environment.
• Experience with plant design; knowledge of simple cycle power plant mechanical systems is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to projects with EPC or A&E firms, including medium to large organizations in the energy sector.
