Benefits Admin

Vaco LA is working with a company in the waster management industry who is looking for a qualified Benefits Admin to help support all benefits functions. Key responsibilities will include leading and managing open enrollment, benefits compliance and reporting, and vendor and broker relations. This opportunity is located in City of Industry and will be fully onsite. This opportunity is looking to pay between 75k-100k for the right experience. Job Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of conducting Open Enrollment required for role
• Bilingual in Spanish required for role
• Bachelors Degree in related field highly preferred
• Knowledge of all benefits reporting and 401k plan required
• Over 5 years of true benefits experience highly preferred
