Behavioral Health Program Manager - Eating Disorders

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead our Eating Disorders Program. This role involves managing a medium-sized team, balancing administrative responsibilities with client caseload management, and making impactful decisions that enhance our program.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Make informed budget recommendations and manage personnel, including conducting performance evaluations and overseeing resource allocation.
• Lead a diverse team, focusing on comprehensive treatment approaches for both adults and children.
• Design and oversee the operations of the program, ensuring quality care and effective outcomes.
• Accountable for access and allocation outcomes to optimize service delivery.
• Engage in regional committees to align program goals with broader organizational strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of post-license, paid experience as part of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting under licensed supervision.

Education

• A Master's degree in applied behavioral science is required.

License, Certification, Registration

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California), OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California), OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California).
• National Provider Identifier required upon hire.

Additional Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of state regulations concerning ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
• If Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, candidates must meet couples and families requirements within two (2) years of hire.
• Ability to work effectively in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
