GENERAL SUMMARY

n

Eastwood Clinics welcomes and actively seeks to hire applicants with disabilities, including those who have been in Substance Use Disorder recovery for at least 1 year.

  Implement individualized behavior support plans under the direction of leadership.

  Assist in the planning and implementation of individualized behavior support plans.

• n

  Collect, record, and report data on client progress making specific instructional changes according to established guidelines.

• n

  Alert team members to any areas of concern.

  n
n
• n

  Complete informal evaluations as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

n

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED

n

• n

  A valid Michigan Driver's License is required with no DUI's r OWI's in the last 5 years

  n

• n

  At least 1 year experience with recovery required.

  n

• n

  BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association accepted.

  n
