We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused leader to join our team as Fitness Attendant. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, is open to learning and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team. This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized fitness environment. They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. They will maintain an energetic presence in the fitness area. Your role will include enhancing the guest experience while in the fitness center, ensuring the equipment is in safe and operating correctly, greeting and engaging with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices, maintaining the cleanliness of the fitness center, having knowledge of the fitness area and the resort/hotel, ensuring policies are followed in all point-of-sale operations, providing exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest, helping to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite right, working closely with the team to ensure the retail store is kept clean and organized, and interacting with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
