We're Hiring a Rockstar BCBA for the 2025-2026 School Year!

Location: Whittier, CA Start Date: October 15, 2025 Pay: $60/hr+ (Pay Depends on Experience)

Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? Do you thrive in school settings and love collaborating with educators and families? If so, we want YOU to join our team in wonderful Whittier!

What You'll Be Doing:

As our BCBA, you'll be the go-to expert for behavior support in the school setting. You'll:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments like a pro
• Create and implement behavior intervention plans that actually work
• Train and support school staff with effective ABA strategies
• Present progress at IEP meetings like a champ
• Use data to drive decisions and celebrate wins

What We're Looking For:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active CA BCBA credential
• Experience working with pediatrics and adolescents
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• CPR, TB clearance, and health certificate (per contract/state regs)
