As a Barista & Server, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering friendly, enthusiastic, and professional servicewhether you're crafting the perfect espresso or serving a delicious meal. You'll have the chance to make genuine connections with our guests in both the caf and dining areas.

What You'll Do:

Barista Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, top-notch service to every guest.
• Brew coffee and espresso drinks to perfection, including latte art and custom orders.
• Maintain a clean and inviting coffee bar by keeping appliances, counters, and floors spotless.
• Handle transactions efficiently using our POS system.
• Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory.
• Stay informed about our payment options and help customers with their choices.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure everything balances at the end of your shift.

Server Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests warmly, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver meals and drinks promptly while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout their visit.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or direct them to the restaurant manager.

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, personable attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in food service, cashiering, or hospitality is a plus.
• The ability to handle money accurately and manage repetitive tasks with precision.
• A commitment to cleanliness, both in personal appearance and work areas.
