Banking Services Analyst II (Enterprise Lockbox)

Job Title

Provides analytical, operational and/or project support to one or more functional areas of Treasury Management Services.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Develop and produce departmental reports and spreadsheets
• Conduct non-routine analysis and judgment-based work
• Conduct non-routine data review, research and/or reconciliation
• Draft and/or edit procedures related to Treasury Management Services
• Support audits, user certification and compliance testing
• Lead and participate in planning, testing and implementing new projects
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and escalations
• Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards
• Promote an environment that supports belonging
• Maintain M&T internal control standards
• Complete other related duties as assigned

Education and experience required:

• Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 3 or more years' related experience
• Proven analytical skills

Education and experience preferred:

• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent word processing and spreadsheet software
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in functional areas supported
• Bachelor's degree
