Avionics Troubleshooter

Join our team as an Avionics Troubleshooter, where you will be responsible for the installation and repair of avionics systems. You will perform these tasks efficiently and safely with minimal or no supervision, ensuring compliance with aviation inspection standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair all avionics systems efficiently and safely.
• Perform 91.411 and 91.413 inspections with minimal or no supervision.
• Conduct IFR ramp tests and demonstrate a complete understanding of the related equipment.
• Be knowledgeable in Garmin software areas, including Autopilots, Flight Directors, Multi-Function Displays, TCAS, EGPWS, EFIS systems, Nav/Comms, Entertainment, Flitefones, DME/Transponders, FMS, and ADF.

Essential Skills

• At least 5 years of recent line troubleshooting experience in corporate aviation with Garmin products.
• Experience on Citation, King Air, Learjet recommended.
• Proficiency in avionics troubleshooting, installation, and Garmin product experience.

Work Environment

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting and installation work with avionics systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
