We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and manage aviation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across all facets of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation operations management, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a strategic mindset. As a key leader, the Senior Operations Manager will oversee multiple departments and ensure that all operational activities align with company goals and industry standards.

Pay: UPTO $55,000.00/yr DOE. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversees daily aviation operations, including ground services, Cabin Cleaning Services, Janitorial services, flight operations, and maintenance coordination.
• Team Leadership & Development: Leads and mentors operations teams, ensuring clear communication, training, and professional development opportunities.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensures that all operational activities meet or exceed industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Service & Quality Assurance: Works closely with customer service teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout operations.

Working Environment:

• Location: Primarily based in an office setting, but with frequent visits to operational areas, including airfields, hangars, terminals, and maintenance facilities.
• Work Hours: Requires flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the 24/7 nature of aviation operations.
• Travel: Regular travel may be required to oversee operations at different locations or attend industry events.
