AV Installer/Technician - Audio Visual Systems

Overview

High Output is looking for a reliable and skilled AV Technician whos ready to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Install and service AV infrastructure, including speakers, amplifiers, video screens, digital signage, and cabling
• Work with systems like Biamp, Crestron, Q-SYS, and other distributed AV platforms
• Occasionally lead small AV projects with a crew of up to 3 techs
• Travel to job sites across New England (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed)
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality AV installations

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on AV experience (installation, troubleshooting, setup)
• Familiarity with Biamp, Crestron, Q-SYS, or CTS certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow within the company
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and pass a DOT physical
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
