Our client, automotive industry leader, is seeking an Automotive Technician to join their team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be part of the Service Shop team supporting vehicle maintenance, repairs, and technical support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Automotive Technician

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $25.00/hr

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles following company standards.
• Perform vehicle inspections, including pre-delivery inspections and documenting transport damage.
• Support product quality investigations by performing root cause analysis and reporting findings.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately.
• Assist in supporting additional departments such as Motorsports, Marketing, and PR as needed.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED); vocational certification preferred.
• ASE Master Technician certification preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as an automotive technician or completion of an accredited automotive training program.
• Knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques.
• Valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn new software.
